The Covid-19 pandemic has meant having to change the way we deliver our coaching, training and performance improvement programs, moving from on-site face-to-face activities to virtual learning and remote working, pretty much overnight.
There is lots to consider for a virtual learning programme, from technology implications to learner engagement. We are fortunate to have been involved in some projects over lockdown that have enabled us to find answers to these new questions.
In the last few months we have been busy creating and delivering virtual learning programmes. We are building up our knowledge and experience of what actually works and what doesn’t in virtual delivery and we can now share this with our clients.
There would still be nothing ‘off the shelf’ about what we design and deliver. Our performance improvement and training programmes are truly bespoke and they will continue to be as we deliver them virtually or safely in a post-covid world.
We are all adapting to the “new normal”, and for many office-based organisations this means adapting to a remote-first office culture with a much greater use of virtual delivery and collaboration tools. For many businesses this is a time of great change, which could bring with it opportunities if its delivered effectively.
