Time for change?
At Brightstone we are passionate about what we do. Our mission is to enjoy life and work and we genuinely want the same for you, your organisation and your teams.
At Brightstone we know the meaning of change and we are here to help it happen for you. Our Sussex-based consultancy has worked with a vast number of private and public sector organisations, helping them to develop their full potential and accomplish their goals. There is nothing ‘off-the-shelf’ about what we do. We work closely with our clients so we can fully understand their needs. All our services and training programmes are bespoke and created with individual requirements in mind. And, we even promise a few laughs along the way. We want everyone to have fun as we explore how we can transform your company or organisation.
Covid-19 and Virtual Learning Delivery
Covid-19 has meant having to change the way we deliver our coaching and training, moving from classroom and workshop-based sessions to virtual learning and remote working. This is a learning curve for everyone and we are lucky to be working on some projects that allow us to start virtual experience and learn what works really well. We are still very much operating and delivering coaching and training to clients all over the UK, and we will be able to share more details about our new way of working very soon.

“Our experience of working with Brightstone has been overwhelmingly positive. The programme covered some difficult issues and was delivered in a very sensitive and considerate way.
Brightstone have been diligent, comprehensive, responsive, and offered conscientious and valuable support both during and outside contracted hours, which we have felt comfortable taking up and have very much appreciated.”
